Aaron started his career in Healthcare I.T. at Cerner, where he excelled in creating business and technology solutions for unique challenges while remaining client focused and results driven. In 2005, he founded what would later become HEI Global Health. Today he serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and visionary, developing the overall strategic plan for the company.
Building on his experience and relationships developed while at Cerner, Aaron has created a collaborative environment focused on product development based on client needs. By first identifying the underlying business requirements, Aaron has guided the team to achieve successes for clients that have been unparalleled in the industry.
Aaron has built a reputation as one of the premier workflow efficiency and optimization experts in the HCIT industry; an authority in Revenue Cycle optimization through workflow analysis and design/redesign, as well as metric development and evaluation to determine current state to future state improvements in Days in Accounts Receivable, Days in Coding, Denial Rates, Billing Error Rates, Cash Flow, and data integrity, as well as the functional and technical implementation steps to maximize results.
He has additionally been instrumental in the design and implementation of one of the nation’s first regional health information exchanges.
Aaron is an alumnus of Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri where he studied Business with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.
