Roger is tasked with the implementation of corporate strategy including organizational, system and process development, market entry, sales and marketing oversight, vendor selection, relationship management and contractual oversight.
Joining HEI Global Health in 2016 Roger brings with him extensive relationships including, at the highest levels of management in public, private, for profit, and non-profit companies and organizations developed over the last three decades. An expert in sales, marketing and business development; he has successfully operated across geographic and cultural boundaries, advising clients regarding market conditions, developing and implementing strategies to facilitate product development, sales growth, acquisition of talent, new market identification, entrance and development.
His critical skills include: the ability to develop and implement business and marketing strategies, close the sale at all organizational levels, perform negotiations using a positive and creative approach to all situations, identify, develop and maintain client relationships.
Roger’s ability to excel in both critical and creative thinking has given him a unique perspective and approach to find successes internally and externally where others often find conflicts and obstacles which has led to lasting mutually beneficial relationships across a broad spectrum of clients around the globe.
Roger is an Alumni of Rockhurst University in Kansas City where he has actively served as a Fraternity Alumni Board Member for more than 20 years.
