Jacy maintains overarching responsibility for all consulting projects undertaken by HEI Global Health. Jacy is also responsible for the sales and delivery of HEI’s best in class, innovative software solutions. Jacy and his team work with clients and evaluate current market demands to ensure our solutions continue to lead the industry in innovation and overall value. He’s able to do so by leveraging almost two decades of experience at Cerner Corporation and with HEI Global Health. Throughout his career, Jacy has gained a reputation as a problem-solver in his various areas of focus, including software development, software implementation, troubleshooting, process and workflow analysis, project management, resource coordination and management, as well as consulting.
Jacy’s knowledge and experience with health care information technology systems in both the domestic and global markets is extensive. Jacy has managed several large IT projects and teams in his many distinct roles. He also managed software development efforts in the United Kingdom in support of the National Programme for Information Technology (NPfIT), as well as having managed a distributed implementation / consulting organization consisting of personnel located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India.
Jacy has experience working in markets across the globe including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Malaysia.
Jacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
