Client Analyst / Consultant
HEI Global Health is a strategically aligned team of Healthcare Information Technology professionals offering a robust suite of services and solutions for domestic and international clients. With expertise in both Clinical and Revenue Cycle Information Systems.
To serve our ever-growing client base and meet demand for our industry leading proprietary solutions we are seeking to add full and part time consultants and employees to become HEI Certified Client Analyst / Consultant.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a Cerner software design and build
- Experience working with Revenue Cycle solutions, specifically Patient Accounting and Cerner Discern Explorer(CCL)
- Basic troubleshooting experience with Cerner software knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Work remote from your location
- Must be able to travel domestic and international as needed
